Leading the design of agentic AI products and the research that drives adoption.
I am a Lead Product Designer at proSapient, where I lead a design team of three, with more than eight years of experience in B2B SaaS across growth, research and agentic AI.
Cutting publishing time to Kroger with AI-assisted review and validation.
At Salsify, my team owned the AI Feedback Report flow for Kroger, built on Angie, Salsify’s shared AI capability. As the solo design lead, I designed how customers validate products before they publish and how they resolve Kroger’s feedback afterwards. The key UX consideration was how much the agent should do on its own. Spelling errors are corrected automatically, and higher-impact fixes wait for the customer to accept them. The flow shipped in 2025.

Ship.com acquired a live selling app to grow its market share and needed it to work as part of its shipping platform. As the senior designer at Product Forward, I worked with product, engineering and leadership to integrate the two into one consistent experience, from early workshops and research through to post-release monitoring. The redesign improved retention and onboarding for new users.

OneClick, the category leader in shift management for Chick-fil-A restaurants, needed to upgrade a clunky MVP interface to stay ahead as competitors entered the market. I redesigned the product through Product Forward, from workshops and research to high-fidelity designs, and created a design system to keep the interface consistent as it scaled.

I redesigned the first 15 minutes of Simplero, replacing an empty dashboard with a guided setup flow. The redesign gave new customers a faster time to their aha moment and a smoother path through onboarding and activation.
