The roles I’m open to discussing.

I’m open to conversations about Lead Product Designer roles in B2B SaaS, particularly with teams building agentic AI products. I’m currently a Lead Product Designer at proSapient, so I discuss timing and start dates directly with each hiring team.

My strongest fit is work that combines research, growth and agentic AI: deciding where an agent acts on its own and where people stay in control, and measuring the outcome through adoption, activation and retention. My most recent examples are the expert-matching agent at proSapient and the AI Feedback Report flow for Kroger at Salsify.

I’m based in Porto, Portugal, on Western European Time, and I work remotely with teams across Europe and the US.

What I’m looking for

• A B2B SaaS company where design works alongside product and engineering on strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Lead scope, leading and mentoring a small design team while staying hands-on in discovery and design.
• Products where AI is central to the value, with a team that takes AI UX, transparency and human oversight seriously.
• A culture that documents design principles and decisions so the team can build on them over time.

Where I would be a poor fit

• Roles where design only executes decisions that product or engineering have already made.
• Teams that add AI features for marketing purposes without investing in how people use and trust them.
• Hiring processes that include take-home assignments longer than five hours.
